A Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities!

We truly enjoyed our one-night getaway! The King Room with Accessible Tub was spacious and well-equipped, especially with the fridge and microwave. Breakfast featured a variety of choices, perfect for starting the day. A bit of noise from kids was noticeable, but it didn’t overshadow our experience.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short shuttle ride away from several attractions. They had clean rooms, and my kids loved the pool even though it closed early. The staff were friendly and accommodating whenever we needed assistance.

In my children’s opinion, the breakfast options could have been more appealing to them, as they weren’t excited about what was offered. A bit more variety would be great for families.

Fantastic Stay with Friendly Staff

I recently stayed for one night and the staff made the experience fantastic. Mario checked us in with a warm welcome and the automated room darkening shade really helped with a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast was great, featuring a variety of options and plenty of fresh juices, perfect for filling up before heading out. However, the WiFi connection could use some improvement as it was a bit slow at times.

The Hampton Inn & Suites-Worcester, Ma was an excellent choice for our soccer team's stay during a tournament. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, featuring comfortable beds, a fridge, and a microwave that made our stay exceptionally convenient. The breakfast options were fantastic, fueling us up for busy game days.

The hotel offers a great breakfast and the staff are welcoming and attentive, making for an enjoyable experience. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with dirt in the corners and a shower that backed up, which dampened the overall stay.
